Ways to reach NAS, report problems, and follow the project.

1. Product website

General information and contact paths may be published on nasneeraj.com. Use the contact or inquiry form there if one is available.

2. GitHub (collaborators)

The primary source repository is private under drneeraja2025/saarthee-coplanner. If you have access, open an Issue with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and environment (browser, OS, approximate time).

3. Health and status

The Service exposes a JSON health endpoint at /api/health for uptime and database connectivity checks. A human-readable overview lives on /health.

4. Security reports

If you believe you found a vulnerability, do not post exploit details publicly. Contact NAS through the security channel published on nasneeraj.com (or the maintainer directly if you already have a relationship). Allow reasonable time for triage before disclosure.

5. Response times

Saarthee is in active development. Support is best-effort unless you have a separate paid agreement that defines SLAs.
