General information is on saaniya-software.com. Email support@saaniya-software.com for product questions, account issues, and privacy requests.

2. Health and status

The Service exposes a JSON health endpoint at /api/health for uptime and database connectivity checks. A human-readable overview lives on /health.

3. Security reports

If you believe you found a vulnerability, do not post exploit details publicly. Email support@saaniya-software.com or use the security channel on saaniya-software.com. Allow reasonable time for triage before disclosure.

4. Response times

Saarthee is in active development. Support is best-effort unless you have a separate paid agreement that defines SLAs.
