General information is on saaniya-software.nasneeraj.com. Email saaniyasoftware@nasneeraj.com for product questions, account issues, and privacy requests.

2. GitHub (collaborators)

The primary source repository is private under drneeraja2025/saarthee-coplanner. If you have access, open an Issue with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and environment (browser, OS, approximate time).

3. Health and status

The Service exposes a JSON health endpoint at /api/health for uptime and database connectivity checks. A human-readable overview lives on /health.

4. Security reports

If you believe you found a vulnerability, do not post exploit details publicly. Email saaniyasoftware@nasneeraj.com or use the security channel on saaniya-software.nasneeraj.com. Allow reasonable time for triage before disclosure.

5. Response times

Saarthee is in active development. Support is best-effort unless you have a separate paid agreement that defines SLAs.
