1. Not professional advice
Saarthee CoPlanner by NAS (“Service”) is a software tool. Nothing in the Service is legal, medical, tax, investment, insurance, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions with legal or health consequences or significant financial risk.
2. AI and automation
Outputs from AI or automated workflows may be wrong, outdated, biased, or harmful if applied without review. You are responsible for verifying results before you act on them. NAS does not warrant that AI features will meet any accuracy target.
3. Third-party integrations
The Service may display or process data from third-party platforms. NAS does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security incidents, or policy changes. Your relationship with each provider is separate.
4. Sign-in and linked accounts
If you use Google or Notion to sign in, the Service may merge that sign-in with an existing account when the email address matches (for example, you first registered with email and password, then used the same email with Google or Notion). That is intentional so you do not end up with duplicate profiles. NAS relies on those providers to verify the email they send us. You should keep your Google and Notion accounts secure with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available. See the Privacy Policy for how we describe this processing.
5. Finance and obligations features
If you use optional finance or obligations tracking, treat the Service as a personal organizer only. It is not an accounting system of record, not audited for tax compliance, and not a substitute for licensed advice or official filings.
6. Local agent and device control
Optional features that run commands on your computer can cause data loss or security exposure if misused. You accept full responsibility for scripts, permissions, and backups.
7. Beta and availability
The Service may be incomplete, change frequently, or experience downtime. NAS may modify or discontinue features without liability except where prohibited by law.
8. No endorsement
References to third-party products or services are for convenience and do not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.
9. Maximum clarity
To the extent any information on this site could be interpreted as a promise, it is superseded by the express terms in the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
