What is Saarthee CoPlanner?

Saarthee CoPlanner by Saaniya Software LLC is a personal coworker hub in development: one place to work across mail, calendar, tasks, files, Notion, optional finance inputs, and (where you enable it) safe local automation on Windows. The Sanskrit-inspired name Saarthee evokes a navigator or charioteer—guiding your day with you, not replacing your judgment.

Who is it for?

It is aimed at individual power users and small teams who already live in Google, Microsoft, Notion, and local files and want a calmer, unified surface—without giving up control of data and automation.

Is my data sold?

Saaniya Software LLC does not sell your personal information. See the Privacy Policy for categories of data, uses, and subprocessors.

Do you store my Google, Microsoft, or Notion password?

No. Saarthee does not receive or store your Google, Microsoft, or Notion account password. Use Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or Continue with Notion for those providers. The email and password fields are only for a password you create for Saarthee email sign-up. See the Signing in guide (including video talking points).

Which accounts can I connect?

The roadmap includes common providers (for example Google and Microsoft) and Notion, with careful separation between sign-in and integration OAuth. Availability depends on what is implemented in each release; check the Features page for the current snapshot.

Does the app work offline?

You can install CoPlanner from the browser (PWA). A service worker keeps the shell and a cached Today page for brief offline use. Live mail and calendar still need a network. Signed-in calendar lives at Calendar(create, delete, and Yes/Maybe/No RSVP when Google or Microsoft write scopes are connected).

How accurate is AI output?

AI-assisted summaries or suggestions can be wrong. Always verify before acting—especially for mail, calendar conflicts, money movement, or compliance-sensitive tasks. Read the Disclaimer.

Which AI model does CoPlanner use?

Product AI (floating assistant, Local Drive rename/organize) uses a server-side model picker: Vertex Gemini on Google Cloud when configured, otherwise a Gemini API key, otherwise OpenAI, otherwise Anthropic. You do not paste those keys in the app. Operators set them on the deployment. Details: Technology. Turn AI off anytime in Settings → Trust & data.

How do I see Slack and Microsoft Teams messages?

Open Settings → Slack and Microsoft Teams. Create a connection key, copy the address, then paste them into Slack Events or into Zapier, Make, or Power Automate for Microsoft Teams. Short messages appear on Today with a link back to the original chat. You still reply in Slack or Microsoft Teams — CoPlanner does not replace those apps.

What is Local Drive?

Local Drive lets you open a folder in Chrome or Edge, then rename, copy, delete, and run AI rename or organize in the language you pick. Files stay on your PC. An optional Windows desktop agent (under Advanced) can run approved background moves. You choose what runs and keep backups. The Terms cover approved local commands.

Which countries do you not do business with?

This is a Saaniya Software LLC rule for every product and service, including Saarthee CoPlanner. We do not sell to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, or the occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk), or to any party on a U.S. sanctions list. We also do not sell to China. This is not legal advice. See the Terms and Disclaimer.

Where is the product hosted?

The web app is built for deployment on Vercel with a Neon Postgres database for accounts and product data. See Technology for more detail.
