1. What this notice covers

This page explains how Saarthee CoPlanner by Saaniya Software LLC may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies in the browser when you use the website. It aligns with the company Phase 1 security and cookie protocol.

2. Strictly necessary (essential)

Some technologies are required to operate authentication, security, load balancing, or preferences you set (for example language or session continuity). These may be set without optional consent where permitted by law.

• saaniya-cookie-consent (localStorage) — Essential only / Accept analytics
• authjs.session-token or __Secure-authjs.session-token — sign-in (HttpOnly; Secure on HTTPS; SameSite=Lax)
• authjs.csrf-token / authjs.callback-url — Auth.js CSRF and OAuth return (essential)
• saarthee_locale — language preference (SameSite=Lax; Secure on HTTPS; readable by the app so the UI can switch locale)

3. Analytics (optional)

First-party Vercel Web Analytics loads only after you choose Accept analytics, and never when Global Privacy Control (GPC) is on. We do not ship placeholder third-party Google Analytics Measurement IDs. We do not load Vercel Speed Insights on this app.

4. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as essential only: we do not load optional analytics and we persist that preference. The on-page banner is not shown when GPC is already forcing essential mode.

5. Third parties

Embedded content or authentication flows from providers (for example Google, Microsoft, Notion, or Cloudflare Turnstile) may set their own cookies governed by their policies.

6. Managing cookies

Use Cookie preferences (also in the site footer), clear site data in your browser, or rely on GPC. Blocking certain essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service (such as sign-in) from working.
